About Client: Our client is India's leading MNC brand with a pan India presence and commands huge customer respect and appreciation for its product. The Indian company is a subsidiary of Japan based company.

The company is a leader in Industrial product segment, with Headquarter based at Mumbai and owns 5 manufacturing plants spread across India.

Job Role:

- This role entails looking after the end to end Plant HR / IR for the plant based at Lote in Maharashtra (250 Kms from Mumbai, 200 Kms from Pune and nearby to Chiplun in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra.

- The plant has over 600 (blue + white collar) workforce. The role reports to the Plant Head administratively. The person would also have 4 member team.

- Looking for someone who has managed unionized workforce, involved LTS and strong in statutory compliance.

Desired Skills and expertise:

- MBA in HR / IR with 12 - 15 years of experience in managing the Plant HR functions and statutory Compliances.

- Must have handled Long Term Wage Settlement.

- Exposure of Liaising with Govt. Bodies.

- Preferred to have Team management exposure.

- Should have handled Blue collar / contractual employees.

- Should have worked in unionized culture.

- Fluent with Local language - Marathi. (Can - Speak, Read and Write) Mandatory
