Currently we are hiring for a Plant HR Head - STEEL MANUFACTURING PLANT - MALI (AFRICA)

Job specifications:

- Plant HR head in Mali:Must have experience from Rolling Mill background

- Know operations of Rolling mill and can train manpower accordingly.

- 35-40 yrs old

- Good English command for learning French as well

- Have exposed to strategic function

- Preferred if have Punjabi background

1. Strategize good relations in Indian and Local Manpower

2. Attend Grievances, Manpower Handling, Local Recruitment

3. Manpower planning and hiring accordingly. Very importantly creating Backup of important positions

4. Holiday Planning

5. Promote, Upgrade, Provide Benefits and Replace as per Assessment of Manpower Quality and Performance

7. Prepare Multi-Tasking Force for Key Positions

8. Very importantly impart trainings to Local Manpower [Manage more and more technicalities from Local manpower rather to look for more Indian]

9. Daily Training w.r.t. Job, Skill Enhancement, Personal Grooming, Social Status Awareness, Magic of Averages, Daily-Weekly-Monthly Targets, Safety,etc.

10. Incorporate concept of My Place, My Machine, My Responsibility, Cleanliness, Health Awareness

11. Awareness to each-one regarding self employment, work for oneself, Profit and Loss for oneself.

12. Knowledge of Local Law of Land

13. Public Relation building with Local Ministries, Advocates, Govt Authorities,etc.
