- Responsible for all Plant HR processes, workflows, systems and employee communication
- Managing the Plant affairs, building confidence with union & collective bargaining,signing Wage Settlement and administering crisis management.
- Devising and implementing best HR policies with benchmarking neighborhood industries
- Facilitating two-way communication between the management & workers
- Preparing AOPs based on HR budgetary approvals with focus on cost optimization approach
- Responsible for maintaining proper discipline at the plant and ensuring effective disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for end to end hiring process & workforce planning for steady states and new projects
- Create and manage talent strategies for performance management, staffing and career progression
- Drive initiatives on performance, productivity and build high performing culture
- Managing execution for various employee involvement forums, employee engagement activities.
- Design, develop and drive employee engagement initiatives based on engagement survey and help each score card holders to build high team engagement level
- Liaising with Govt. Departments - Contract Labour, Industrial Safety and Health, Pollution, Fire,Police.
Candidate requirement :
- Full Time MBA
- Strong in IR Activities
- Able to manage Plant HR operations
- Managing a large team
- Spoken - Kannada / Tamil / Hindi language is a must
