Plant HR Head - Manufacturing - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (20-25 yrs)
Position of HR Head in Manufacturing Plants in Guwahati and Gehlot (Near Neemrana)
Responsibilities Include:
1. Entire responsibilities of the Plant setup.
2. Setting up of Admin and other departments.
3. Legal handling and meeting client requirements.
4. Handling civic Agencies and legal compliance.
5. Hiring personnel for the plant.
6. Complete hiring for the new plant (including freshers and experience)
Requirements:
1. Must have experience of a new plant setup.
2. Must have handled entire responsibilities of the Plant setup.
2. Good knowledge and experience of Setting Admin and other departments.
3. Exposure to Legal handling and meeting client requirements.
4. Good Exposure of Handling civic Agencies and legal compliance.
5. Have hired for the entire new plant setup.
6. Complete hiring for the new plant (including freshers and experience)
7. Good communication skills
8. High confidence level dealing with clients.
9. Preferred experience in a manufacturing Plant
Education:
Preferred MBA from tier1 and tier2 institutes
