Our client is one of the leading manufacturers with plants across Andhra and Telangana. Well established profit-making Organisation of repute is looking for Plant Hr head for their plant in a state of Andhra Pradesh.

A post graduate with minimum 12 years of experience working in manufacturing companies.

Other responsibilities include :

- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower resources

- Ensure Learning & Development

- Ensure Employee welfare Ensure good employee relations & foster bonding among the employees

- Ensure all the statutory compliances are adhered to

- Should have experience of working in manufacturing plants with working familiarity on Telugu language Should have a good blend of experience in HR & IR

- Should be familiar with all statutory laws related to employees

- Should be familiar with IR & HR issues in a balanced manner Interviewing skills

- Should have high analytical & decision-making skills

- Employee Competency Mapping

The three major areas of responsibility will be Employee engagement, Employee development, Employee Performance. The brief description of the role will include :

- Manpower Planning and talent acquisition and retention

- Disciplinary matters

- Employee relations and organisation climate

- Quality & Environment Management Systems implementation related to HR

- Handling of training & development function
