Plant HR Head (Female Candidates Only) Role: Plant HR Head Job Location : Ranjangaon, Pune Qualification : Full time Post Graduation/MSW/MBA in HR/MPM Experience : 15 to 18 yrs of industrial experience in managing a large unionized manufacturing setup with exposure in HR, IR and People Development Practices. Designation : AGM / DGM depending upon experience Reporting : Company's Head HR / Division Head Role Responsibilities : - The primary purpose of this position is to ensure Human Resources are aligned to business priorities, to ensure attraction, induction, development and retention of talent and ensuring nil ER/IR issues. - Evaluate organization vision, mission, structures, processes & people and recommend design and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the Company's overall direction. - Ensure the implementation of company culture, goals and objectives of the division. - Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with management staff in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance. - Coach employees on subjects such as career, leadership and performance development plans, compensation matters and assisting employees during implementation of change management initiatives. - Leading People Development Pillar, coordinating with Technical and Managerial pillars for Identifying development need and institutionalizing development plan for the same. Support Organization to identify and attack losses. Succession planning and Leadership development - Setup Knowledge retention and dissemination mechanisms. Custodian for Manufacturing training center activities. - Ensure the implementation of company HR policies and procedures at division level. - Drive division talent acquisition plan and ensure achievement of manpower targets of timelines, quality and cost. - Support the preparation of division training and organizational development plans and ensure the execution of the same to meet expected level of knowledge, skill, attributes and competencies. - Implement company compensation strategy and programs at division level. - Implement the procedures and technology solutions for effective HR data management. - Implement PMS at division level. - Support the development and management of divisional HR budget and perform periodic and productivity analysis. - Responsible for the IR norms, laws, policies, procedures adherence at division level and harmonious IR of division. - Provide proactive guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues. - Ensure administrative support to division. - Contribute as divisional HR in the implementation of QMS, ISO, OHSAS. - Individual should be well versed with PowerPoint and MS office.
