Plant HR Head - Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- This position is responsible for ensuring End to end management of Plant & Company HRM Activities including IR, Payroll, Administration and Recruitment.
- Proficiency in planning, strategizing and implementing abilities with demonstrated success in handling HR systems as well as related administrative systems.
- Recruitment, Selection and retention of manpower & Manpower planning.
- Identify training & development needs & rolling out annual training plan through monthly event plan.
- Facilitate the process of PMS & competency development.
- Employee Communication & Grievance resolution to maintain cordial relations.
- Designing & updating HR policies & processes.
- Representing management before the judicial and quasi judicial authorities like LO, ALC, DL, JLC, Inspector of Factories, PF Commissioners and ESI Directors.
Contract Labour Management : Administrating adherence to all statutory norms.
Statutory Compliance : Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and challans.
