Plant HR Head - Formulations - Pharma & Healthcare Firm (12-17 yrs)

We are looking Head HR for a reputed Pharma and Healthcare company which has plant in Indore, MP

Role & Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliances with employment related laws and regulations as well as all Govt. Departments as like; Industrial Health & Safety, MP Pollution Control Board, Labour Office, Labour Welfare department, PF, ESIC, Nagar Nigam, Collectorate, Explosive, T&C, Statistics, AKVN, SEZ, Weights & Measurement, DIC etc

- Policy and procedure implementations of HR policies, procedures and processes

- Supporting departments in identifying resourcing requirements and creating clear and effective job descriptions

- Deal with disciplinary /grievances and HR issues. Liaisoning with external agencies on corporate matters.

- Provide information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and employee benefit to all employees.

- Behavioral Training and employees development program, health and safety programs.

- Implementation of organizational policy matters as well as legal acts such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, Standing Order, Factories Act, Labour Law, Bonus, etc.

- Create and implement the committees as like Worker Committees, Canteen Committees, Safety Committees, and Red Cross Committees etc

- Responsible for all types of Monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly Return and compliance for Govt. Departments.

- Call the requirement from HODs regarding manpower and conduct the interview accordingly.

- Counselling / grievance handling of the employees as like; Show Cause Notice, Warning Letter, Domestic Enquiry etc.

- Responsible for plant housekeeping and general administration

- Responsible for plant housekeeping and general administration

- Coordination with Safety Officer regarding employee safety and safety programs

- Ensure the Security, Safety, PPEs, Mock Drill, Safety Audit, Environmental Statement, ETP Sludge etc.

- Conduct the training & development program for awareness of EHS, ISO, GMP etc.

- Responsible for all Legal & Court Cases

- Coordination with General / Private external agencies

Skills and requirements :

- MBA - HR, Industrial management and Personal Management, Labour Management

- 15+ years of relevant experience from Pharma and Healthcare manufacturing industry

- Good experience in plant HR and Formulations

- job location will be Indore, Madhya Pradesh
