Role : Plant HR Head Location : Nellore, Andhra Pradesh Candidate Background : - Age less than 47 years - 15-25 years of experience - Should have handled Plant HR in a manufacturing industry environment having more than 500+ employees - Union Management experience is mandatory - Should have done 2-3 Wage Settlement (Tripartite) - Should have complete knowledge of Statutory Compliances relating to Employees viz. EPF, ESIC, Labour Act & Factories Act and ensure plant is compliant - Knowledge of dealing with Pollution Control Board, Fire and Safety, Local Govt Officials statutory compliances - Plant Recruitment and Performance Appraisal Process Worked in Andhra region predominantly Interview is F2F for shortlisted candidates and hence only candidates from Andhra who can travel to Nellore should apply Should be currently working in the present organisation for atleast 3 years Candidates from Foods/Cement/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry are preferred and should now be heading PLANT HR Function independently reporting to Business Head and leading a team of junior HR Executives
