Looking for Plant HR head for MNC FMCG company based in Chennai

- Overseeing mass hiring, training & development and policy formulation. Spearheading culture building interventions and team building high-performance work systems (HPWS / SMT). Organization Health Assessment and Redesign of Organization Performance Model.

- Ensuring Union Free Work Environment Facilitating organizational development plans for enhancing operational effectiveness. Implementing HR strategy as per overall business strategy evolved by corporate HR. Interfacing with management &HOD for devising and implementing hr policies & procedures in line with core organizational vision & objectives.

- Assisting in HR policy formulation & implementation at the plant level. Coordinating for the development of departmental budgets and ensuring adherence to the same. Recruitment, Resourcing & Development Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews. Supervising functions pertaining to induction, separation, transfers, leaves, attendance, compensation, loans & advances, rewards and employee pension activities in the division.

- Compensation & Benefits Working with Consultants for C&B Survey. Designing Rewards Program and Compensation based on the Business requirements. Execution of ACR successfully. Employee Engagement Initiatives: Ensuring Positive Work environment Non-Union Organization. Managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, team building etc. to enhance motivation levels and productivity.

- Looking after compliances & implementation of various provisions regarding health, safety, and welfare of the employees laid down under factory act. Conduction Monthly Communication meeting with employees Employee dialogue (MD, HR Manager, and Employees). Actions plan would be updated to employees.

- HR Flash Report Monthly newsletter is being published which includes HR updates for the previous month. One to One meetings with Employees to take the pulse of feelings Employee Communication Meeting at Organization level: Bimonthly. Worked with Quality Team for Implementing 5S, Quality rewards: rolling trophy. Skip Meetings and Employee Connect Meeting.
