We are looking for suitable candidates for the following position with an esteemed client of ours.   Client : A leading Cement Player  Role : Plant HR Head  Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for hiring bright talent from diverse sources, as per manpower plans and various requirements.   - Co-ordinating with various HOD's for planning HR requirements; coordinating the recruitment, selection & interview process.   - Managing the appraisal process for various hierarchical levels. Defining framework for linking the Performance Appraisal System to Reward Management.   - Initiating measures for suitably rewarding & recognizing exceptional/outstanding performers.  - Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and conducting analysis of the existing level of competencies.  - Organising HR audits, employee satisfaction surveys and organizational climate surveys for improving performance, as key HRD & OD interventions.  - Establishing processes/ systems for streamlining employee communication, employee retention, grievance handling, counselling, performance improvement and discipline.   - Handling inspections, registrations, licences, and renewals under various Acts   - Handling entire purview of legal matters including conduct of domestic enquiries, conciliation, appeals/ appearances in the Labour Court.   - Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions.  - Proactive HR oriented approach for building positive work climate in order to have healthy IR environment.  - Conducting regular meetings with Union.   - Formation of Safety Committee and preparation of periodic meeting schedule, Liasoning with Govt. Officials and statutory bodies. Organising safety training to the new comer   - Conducting safety awareness and motivation activities   Location : Karnataka   Desired Profile  Needed a Kannada speaking person having 15 + years of experience in managing Plant HR for reputed companies. Person should be adept in handling labour challenges, statutory compliance, and other normal HR challenges at plant.
