Role:
- To ensure smooth functioning of the plant by facilitating and coordinating Human Resource activities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The role of a Senior HR Manager is to implement the Group's HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues. The main missions of the role are to:
- Management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
- Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Excellence System.
- Report relevant HR information to the Division.
- Release of Company objectives every semester involving stakeholder.
Candidate should have Knowledge of :
HR Business partner for corporate services function,workforce planning,staffing,designing & implementing system procedures for attracting and selecting the right talent,design & implement strategies for employee retention,Responsible for skill & capability building in the employees,Manage the learning & development needs for the employees,
Ensure proper conduct of goal setting & performance management exercise,Identify & Implement various EES related initiatives across CS functions, ISMS/DNV & other audits,dealing with employee's queries & its resolution,
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate has/ to be:
- Master's degree with a specialisation in HR Management
- Minimum 12 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment
- A good knowledge of employment law
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
Skills :

- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required). Tamil speaking preferred.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
- Good listener and highly positive.
- Must be People centric and key focus on employee relations.
