Plant HR Business Partner - Pharma/Healthcare (8-12 yrs)
HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Plant
Qualification: MBA-HR / MHRM /Any other suitable HR qualification
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Having experience in plant is a must for this position.
- Implementation of Human Resource Policy, HR Systems, procedures, and drive initiatives.
- Define the talent strategy with Senior Management and Function heads and drive commitment to Talent Management outcomes for the business.
- Define, plan, develop and implement HR development initiatives in consultation with OD team and interact regularly with stakeholders.
- Review and analyze business unit/site data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Provide compensation support for Business Heads including salary planning, approval of salary actions, creation of new job families, promotions and job re-levelling working closely with C&B.
- Support implementation and maintenance of the HSE management system and performance.
