We have career opportunity as Plant HRBP /IR .

- Experience in Manufacturing plant as HRBP with exposure in Wage Settlement,Bonus Settlement etc preferred.

- This position required candidates who has experience in Manufacturing,Chemical,Pharma industry background as HR Professional.

Minimum Experience : 8-10 years

CTC : 13-14 LPA

Experience must in :

- Employee Life Cycle Management ( 70-90%)

- Talent Acquisition, Induction & Orientation

- HR Operations & PMS

- HRBP

- Employee Engagement

Job Responsibility :

Outreach : An employee's lifecycle begins when an individual first becomes interested in an open position; today, there are many channels of outreach including, social media and online job boards.

 Recruitment : Encompasses the application and interview processes a candidate goes through when applying for an open position

Onboarding : What happens after a job offer is accepted including, how new hires are brought up-to-speed on the company's policies and procedures while learning the ropes of their positions

Performance : Processes that help evaluate and recognize employees for their work, such as annual reviews and recognition programs

Development : Once an employee has moved out of the new hire phase and is established as a skilled team member, managers work with the employee to identify a professional path and to develop a plan to help the employee achieve their goals

 Off-boarding : the last stage in the lifecycle, when employees leave the company, voluntarily or involuntarily

Career Planning :

- Performance indices help to evaluate the performance of the Employees. However, without a suitable Career Planning, it would be difficult to retain the Key Performers in the organization. Human Resource Management (HRM) must have a structured Career Progression System to monitor the career growth of the Employees in the organization.

Retention :

- The biggest challenge is to retain high performers or skilled employees in the organization. Opponents or similar business enterprises always target such employees with lucrative offers. Thus, the Talent Management team has to find out new platforms, ideas which are crucial to retaining key talents in the organization.

- The approach has to take into consideration the policies adopted by the competitors before devising a Retention Plan.
