Looking for an experienced plant HRBP for a leading chemical manufacturing company based out of Daman & Diu.

Candidate with 15 to 17 years of experience working as a plant HRBP, preferably with an MNC company.

Should have managed 1000+ headcount, experience in Talent Management, Labour Law + IR / ER, Employer Branding, Grievances Handling, Manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibility -

1. Ensure the implementation and application of agreed upon HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs and strive for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities, but always with the business requirements in mind.

2. Execute effective local Talent Management (TM) initiatives in line with the country and global TM strategy to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline.

3. Prepare, facilitate and follow up Personnel & Organization Conference (POC) so to enable the line management to develop the capabilities of the employees to the mid-to-long-term business needs.

4. Manage labor law/litigation in close collaboration with HRBP and IR Expert ensuring adherence to applicable laws and rules.

5. Contribute for all employee relations related to their supporting teams and in doing so ensures full compliance with applicable employment legislations.

6. Support, and lead if required, organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective.

7. Collaborate with HR Expert and contribute to HR marketing/employer branding thus ensuring that will be an employer of choice.

8. Support line managers in communicating HR issues properly to employees and employees' representatives by means of standard instruments.

9. Counsel and support business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues; e.g. disciplinary actions incl. face-to-face meetings with managers/employee/works' council representatives, application of early retirement programs with execution of individual cases, lay-off employees incl. negotiation of severance payments.
