Plant HR Business Partner - Ceramics/Santiary Ware (7-10 yrs)

Our client is the only food group in the world that focus solely on health, with 3 global leading divisions - Dairy, Waters and Specialized Nutrition.

In India, they employee over 1,000 employees across different locations.

Role:

- Ensure application of HR processes, policies, guidelines, and SOPs

- Work closely with Factory, Quality, Supply chain, R&I Director and Plant leadership team to support business success

- Partner with employee council/unions to ensure execution of social commitments

- Understand and influence internal and external stakeholders and develop a strong network within factory

- Build a culture based on the company's values and leadership model to create trust as well as a collaborative mindset to achieve business success

- Demonstrate empathy and respect for employees, develop authentic relationships through generous listening & straight talk

- Conduct surveys and work with OQR team to create/execute action plan for improvement

- Lead discipline, grievance, and employee relations. Assist and empower managers on individual employee relation issues

- Manage absenteeism, discipline, grievance, and employee relations

- Ensure headcount approval and budget reconciliation of roles to be posted

- Partner with hiring managers to open and approve job requisitions, interview candidates & make final selection

- Coordinate with Talent team for the management of offers and conduct on-boarding activities

- Support the process of high-quality career discussions, as the first HR point of contact for any employee looking for advice in the factory

- Provide support to animate OQR learning strategy and inputs/review/competency matrix/annual training plan based on SQCDME and individual needs

- Share insights on individual and team skill gaps and development needs/desires with Learning Manager

- Support, challenge & coach team leaders on individual and team performance processes as well as identify critical succession roles

- Consolidate performance reviews at factory level with functional heads and give consolidated data and recommendations to CBS Talent team

- Define ASR proposition with Team Leaders and ensure closure of payroll inputs for employees and external workforce

- Ensure timely reporting and closure of local labor compliances and global social fundamental commitments

- Support business leaders on attrition management, retention of key talents, transformation projects and vision building processes

The suitable candidate must have:

- 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a factory set up

- Must have experience in working with a B2C manufacturing firm (FMCG, Consumer Goods, Packaging, Chemical, etc.)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- A fulltime MBA for a reputed institute

- Willingness to work in a 6 day working set-up
