Job Description - This person will be heading the entire plant & administration operations for one of the biggest plant in Bidadi in district of Karnataka.

They cater to needs of industrial automation space and are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, recruiting for Plant HR & Administration Manager based out of Bidadi.

Description

Reporting into Factory Head, this person will be responsible for:

- Responsible for maintaining IR with the plant team for ensuring smooth working of the plant and liasioning with govt. officials to maintain smooth and harmonious work relationship.

- Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for a plant

- Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs

- Ensure compliances to all legal formalities and regulations and handling social accountability issues. Ensuring compliance to legal statutory

compliances and handling various legal inspections and liasoning with govt. officials

- Responsible for Admin., Safety & Statutory & Legal Compliance

- Contract Labour Management and Optimum utilization of resources.

Profile

You should come with 8+ years of experience of working as Plant HR Manager preferably from industrial automation space. This person should have excellent interpersonal & PR skills and should be able to manage global stakeholders.
