Looking for a Plant Head for Soap and Detergents for our Client in Africa Job Role : - Plans and manage the overall operations in the factory. - Costing, Budgeting, Planning, Scheduling of all the Factory Products. - Ensure full utilization of all profit centers of the factory by efficient operations. - Ensures optimum inventories in the factory all the times in terms of Raw material, Packing Material and Energy (Fuels). - Ensures that morale of the workers and staff at the factory are high at all times. - Ensures that production activities and material utilization follow the laid down procedures and processes.
