1. Handling overall factory operations for the Refrigerator plant.

2. Overall Division Capex & Opex Expense Control (Actual vs Budgeted)

3. Employee Capability Enhancement through Technical & Inter-Personal skill Training

4. Manpower Management.

5. Controlling & Strategizing the Revenue over Expenses (Sales Quantity Push-Pull Decision based on it)

6. Monitoring and Controlling the Profit ratio of the Ref Division

7. Review & Fast Execution of New Model Development Activities to meet the Requirement of Sales

8. Sales Trend & Branch Warehouse FG Inventory Analysis to Prioritize the Production & Material Sequence

9. Manage FG DIO

10. Review of Production/Quality/PPC Department Activities

11. Enhance the Reporting Skill of all the Sub Ordinates

12. Employee Capability Enhancement through Technical & Inter-Personal skill Training

13. Responsible for overall refrigerators production in the plant as per plan

14. Set and Effective implementation of SOPs in the plant

15. Effective utilization of all machinery in the plant

16. Reduction of SFRN cost in the plant and improve FTR, RTY of the processes

17. Improve UPH , Productivity and manpower optimization of production Dep't

18. Set Product quality standards and Effective implementation of quality systems in the plant

19. Ensure employees safety and safe working conditions in the production departments

20. Coordination with other functional departments for the smooth functioning of production

21. Manpower planning well in advance for monthly production with HR

22. Maintain ISO, IMS related documents and effective implementation of systems

23. Set Production Budget and maintain production budget

24. Education and development of subordinates towards company goals

25. Prepare and maintain Production Monthly reports

26. Weekly production order closures and monthly production order closures

27. Material consumption as per BOM only and reduction of excess material consumption

28. Plan for daily , weekly production improvement through kaizens , pokoyokes , mistake-proofing methods

29. Ensure minimum material on shop floor latest techniques of inventory management

30. Work with teamwork and able to develop the teamwork culture in the plant

31. Implement cost control activities in the plant

32. Recruitment of Staff as per Org Plan Authority
