Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the manufacturing plant
- Oversee all levels of team activity and performance
- Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production/quality issues
- Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience of working in Modular Kitchen plant operations Mandatory
- Hands on Experience in Modular Kitchen Designing.
- Experience in Managing Green Field Projects in the related field.
- An engineer by qualification with 20 years and above experience.
- Hands on Experience in Modular Kitchen/ Wood Industry
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
- Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology
- Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Qualification : Diploma/BE.
Exp:: Modular Kitchen experience is Mandatory.
