Plant Head - Production - Food Processing Firm (10-30 yrs)
Candidates with good Experience in in any Food processing Industry or in packaged food industry. He should have production experience at Senior levels with good Telugu Proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
- Responsible for handling the entire end to end plant production process.
- Develop people and processes
- Prepare Annual operating budget, track and meet the targets.
- Increase productivity and yield, reduce costs and to focus on continuous improvement of Processes and quality.
Maintenance:
- Ensuring the upkeeping/up running of all machinery and equipment's with minimum downtime
Quality :
- Oversee the whole production to ensure optimum quality standards are met
Compliances & Audits:
- Ensure Statutory compliance under various laws. Ensure compliance of all certifying agencies like ISO, BAP, ASC etc
SHE:
- Ensures implementation of the laid out Safety,health and environment policies of the company and the applicable stator agencies.
