Plant Head - Production

- Setting up Plant operations, New Product Development, Sourcing Production, Purchase, mould, Tooling and automated assembly line of 30 parts.

- Development of conceptual design of new products entailing drawings & specification study, quotation enquiry study & finalization, Vendor selection & finalization, schedule for development,

- First sample approval, tool modification and final part approval

- Processing of PC, POM, ABS, for Bobbin Holder components.

- Developing best alternate sources for Tool/Mould development if the in-house capabilities are not best positioned to serve the customer

- Maximizing Customer Satisfaction by meeting Quality, Cost, Delivery and Communication.

- Coordinating with PPC monthly & daily production planning to avoid the bottle necks in operations
