Plant Head For a Leading Pharma Manufacturing Company (Formulation) (Only Male)

Job Description :

- Monitoring of entire Formulations manufacturing operations with respect to Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Production Engineering aspects, Human Resource and Plant Administration

- Capacity optimization and monitoring line efficiency

- Streamlining the operations and productivity improvement, achieve planned growth and set benchmark

- Monitoring of product yields, responsible for continuous improvement plans and reduction of percentage wastage

- To ensure smooth and continuous production activity while optimizing the available resources of material, workforce and machines. GMP compliance for the plant.

- Oversee implementation of daily shop-floor planning

- Achieve the existing productivity standards

- Close coordination and support with ANDA projects team for timely completion of submission batches to various markets.

- Continuously liaise with QC & QA for gaps emerging on technical specifications/ deviations

- Oversee the implementation of safety measures

- USFDA readiness
