Plant Head - Pharma (19-25 yrs)
Post Graduates M.Sc / M Pharma, additional Qualification of MBA will be a big plus, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, capable of dealing with Senior level personnel in corporate and global counterparts as well responsible for or experience in :
- Well versed with leading and heading a Pharma Plant, Tablet or OSD Manufacturing
- At least 5 years experience in leading a plant
- Ability and experience in leading a big teams including Heads of individual departments including, Production, quality, Planning, Dispatch.
- Well versed and experienced in budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources
- Those having worked earlier in Quality and having good working know-how of Quality department will be preferred
- Hardcore experience in Production Optimization, Resource Management
- Ability to deal with regulatory and Quality concerns
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity
- Chalk out strategies and implement them
- Be responsible for people development
- Experience and responsible for safety procedures and implementation
- Ability to liaison and deal with local Authorities
- Regulatory exposure in leadership role tor US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa. PICs etc.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
