Plant Head - Operations - Meat Segment - FMCG (10-19 yrs)
Meat Plants
We are looking to hire Senior Level role in Plant Head, who handles multiple plant. He should be from Food & Beverages only. Company should be 3000cr + . He would be stationed in MUMBAI but Mobility will be high in this role.
Age not more then 50y
Responsibility:
- Complete plant management
- Production planning, procurement planning and overall plant operations
- ERP handling
- Research and development activities
- Reorganize the processes
- Apply Food Science principles in production technology, quality control, packaging, processing, and also utilization of foods
- Develop new & improved methods systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging and additionally distribution
- Study methods to improve quality of foods, like flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, convenience, or physical, chemical, and also microbiological composition of foods
- Develop food standards, safety as well as sanitary regulations, and also waste management water supply specifications
- Preferable - specialize in one phase of food technology, like product development, quality control, or production inspection, technical writing, teaching, or consulting.
