Plant Head - Operations - Electricals (15-25 yrs)
Position Summary : Provides overall manufacturing leadership of plant in order to achieve financial and operating objectives set by the overall organization business plan. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
Major Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, people management, and other delivery
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
- Allocate resources effectively
- Prepare budgets using various forecasting models
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees
- Communicate with employees about performance expectations
- Give useful feedback to employees
- Recruit, hire and onboard new staff
- Determine Goal Setting and measure them on a regular basis
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhere to company's rules and regulations
- Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology
Required Education / Experience / Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15 to 25 years of experience in manufacturing
Skills :
- Technical knowledge about electrical motors & it's application
- Managerial, Interpersonal skills
- Integrity & Positive Mindset
- Analytical Skill, Time Management, Good communication skill
Travel : As per Business Requirement
Language : English, Hindi, Regional Language
