Job Location : Sidhrawali (Gurgaon) India

Key Responsibilities :


- The position will be managing all operational related activities

- The position functionally reports to VP Operations Asia and dotted line reporting to MD India.

- Driving site manufacturing operations with fulfilment in safety, quality, compliance and government requirements

- Leading daily operation in Production, Quality Control, Supply Chain (inventory, warehousing, dispatching), maintenance, WWT, HSE & 5S

- Driving cost efficiency for site operations

- Shaping the plant operations by collecting and analysing required data, to make improvement and modification

- Collaborating with within the group to deliver efficient operations

- Improve Customer Service level by leading and driving QA and customer service teams to address any product quality or customer complaint

- Establish required ISO systems and ensure the plant operations are aligned with these systems

- Drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain and establish best practices

- Ensure plant equipment work as per specification and appropriate capacity; raise valid CapEx application to ensure the plant is in right condition/capacity to fulfil customer demand

- Coach and Develop the Team and sustain a high performance operations organization

Key Competency :

- At least 15 years of manufacturing domain experience in chemical industrial segment; Bachelor's Degree education preferably in Chemical, Production, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline

- Technical acumen to independently run a Manufacturing Operations site

- Leadership and Management acumen to achieve results with cross functional collaboration

- Driving progressive cultural change in safety, occupational health and environmental issues

- Lean management tools, 6sigma, structured problem solving skills

- Working knowledge in SAP / Manufacturing operations related ERP

- Team working, problem-solving and analytical skills

- Able to work under pressure

- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and business communication; fluent in spoken & written
