As the Plant Head, you will be responsible to oversee and guide the production units to its best capacity and potential.
What you will do:
- Defining working policies and production plan for production units to ensure timely and quality delivery of finished products
- Driving production operations by providing appropriate guidance to ensure hassle free operations in all production units as per production plan
- Collaborating and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure continuous support from corporate and operations team to ensure adherence to the manufacturing plan
- Ensuring that all the production activities are in adherence with the regulatory norms to mitigate potential non-compliance legal risks
- Overseeing relationship with vendors and equipment manufacturers to ensure raw material and equipment- - - - 's quality are in line with standards
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the team for developing technical and behavioural capabilities to build a motivated and engaged team
What you need to have:
- At least 20 years experience in a similar large manufacturing co.
- BTech with MBA preferred
- Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory compliances
- Strong in Operations Management and People Management
- Good in Planning and Resourcing
- Good knowledge of SOPs in a Plant
- Excellent and clear communication skills
