Plant Head - Manufacturing (16-25 yrs)
Plant Head (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)
Role:
- Spearheading complete Plant operations with accountability of complete operations - Profit & Loss, MIS monitoring for all variable & fixed costs as per budget
- Managing all plant functions like Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Finance, Materials, SCM, Engineering, Stores
- Ensuring production planning and dispatches as per customer delivery schedules and no line stoppage due to supply chain
- Leading large team of Plant Staff including Management Staff, Contract Staff, etc. and Labour Unions
- Creating industrial engg. Norms for all lines and ensuring optimum capacity utilization for plant efficiency
- Generating energy saving projects and reduction of energy consumption as per budget
- Responsible for all Statutory, legal compliances for the plant
- Development of highly motivated team inside the plant.
- Taking adequate measures to ensure harmonious industrial relations and keeping compliance with various industrial, safety, environmental laws
- Negotiation with Labour Unions on New Union Agreement for revised wages
- Meet monthly and yearly production targets managing the approve budgets
- Meeting the quality standards as per the defined criteria
- Prepare quarterly analytical report and MIS along with actionable recommendations for management review
Requirements:
- Engg
- 16-25 yrs of experience in Plant Operations and should have managed a Plant in an MNC or highly professional company
- Should be fluent in Marathi
- Should have managed a unionised work force with strong IR experience. Should have led the team in negotiations with the Union
- Very strong leadership skills
- Should be a people's person
- Should have experience in negotiation with Labour Unions on New Union Agreements
