Plant Head - Lubricant Industry

A leading MNC, one of the largest in the lubricant industry, wishes to hire the Head of Manufacturing for its operations in India.

- The incumbent would be providing strategic leadership to the Unit which is state of the art and service Indian and few export markets .

- The manufacturing, quality, operations and personnel heads would be reporting to him.

- He is expected to ensure profitability through better utilization of resources and leveraging his /her experience in Manufacturing/operational excellence.

- We invite applications from suitable professionals - BE/BTech with PG in operations having 15+ years of experience.

- The incumbent must have relevant exposure in heading end to end operations of large facilities including Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, HR, Safety & Environment, Logistics, Stores, Procurement, 3P and R&D.

- Must have exposure to various facets of manufacturing preferably in a process industry having multiple and complex SKUs (PAINTS, LUBES, BEVERAGES, FMCG)

- Must have relevant leadership experience and deft at managing cross-functional teams.
