Plant Head - Human Resource - Engineering & Manufacturing Firm (20-25 yrs)
Our client is one of the largest players in the electronic manufacturing space, with a strong global footprint.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Oversee HR, IR and admin responsibilities for a 50-acre+ manufacturing and R&D campus
- Manage union-related matters along with designing long-term settlements and managing strikes and litigation
- Drive formal discussions with various local public departments
- Ensure safety and labour law-related compliance for both off-roll and on-roll employees
- Look into talent acquisition, manpower planning and optimisation, and capability building on the shop floor
- Work with the admin and general affairs to ensure the proper functioning of the entire manufacturing and R&D campus
The ideal candidate :
- Should be adept in union-related matters and have experience in managing union discussions and should have drafted LTS
- Should be available to relocate to the plant location in Neemrana
- Should have a strong command of labour laws and compliance and a strong connection with local authorities to ensure smooth operations of the manufacturing units
- Should have experience in managing multiple plant units and a large employee base, preferably from established MNCs
- Should be highly ethical and process driven
