Plant Head - HR/IR/Admin - Manufacturing (12-15 yrs)
Urgent and immediate requirement for Plant Head-HR ( HR/IR/Admin) for a reputed and well established Limited company for their new state of the art manufacturing plant near Pune.
An ideal candidate must be an MBA in HR from a reputed institute with about 12 to 15 years of experience in HR and IR, predominantly in Industrial Relation matters.
Must have an expertise in handling day to day union matters with hands on exposure in liaisoning with government and semi-government agencies.
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Preference will be given to candidates with very good exposure in Industrial Relations.
