Plant Head - Green Field Project - Gear & Shaft Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
Designation :- Sr.Manager/AGM-Plant
Education : B.Tech Mechanical (Full Time Only).
Age Limit :- not more than 45 Years
- Experience of Green field project setup such as,layout planning, erection and commissioning, Installation of plant machinery, Should have a thorough knowledge of plant requirements such as jigs, fixture,tools dies to commence plant operations.
- Coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Purchase, Planning, Stores, Maintenance deptt. for smooth functioning and daily work management of plant operations, administering commercial, legal and administrative activities of plant and ensuring statutory compliance of all formalities required as per labour laws.
- Consulting with Director operations and his co-directors for plant performance analysis
- Working knowledge of Metallurgical aspects
- Suggesting directors to strategize scaling up and economizing of plant operations and cost of production
- Planning, Organizing, Directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer expectation.
- Responsible for Production output,Product quality and on Time dispatches.
- Plan workflow,manage multiple prioritizes,and meet quality targets while consistently reducing downtime.
- Develop system and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards,metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Must Possess adequate knowledge of Business and management & manufacturing principles ( Budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, Lean manfacturing,TPM etc.)
- Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce cost while maintaining product quality.
- To ensure the safe working environment in the plant.
