Job Description:
1. Managing overall functioning of the plant.
2. Introduce/implement Best Manufacturing Practices. Improve OEE. Reduce Rejection.
3. Ensure that Plant has achieved its targets like Production, Financial, Cost Control etc.
4. Adequate exposure of managing support functions like Finance/HR/Purchase etc at Plant level.
5. Good Leadership and analytical skill.
6. Guide and motivate team to achieve desired performance.
7. Good presentation skill, personality, energetic, Confident and ability to manage plant.
8. Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and leadership qualities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: BE / B.Tech (Regular) in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering
Experience Range: 18-25 Years
Age Range: Upto 50 Years
Gender: Male
