We are looking a candidate for "Plant Head Position" for Ahmedabad Location

Education Qualification: - Should be B.tech/ Any PG

Location: - Ahmedabad

Experience: - 10+ Years.

CTC- Best In industry.

Job Profile:

- To Head & manage the complete plant operations including Mfg activities, R & D & commercial activities of RF Plant.

- Shall Process leadership skills involving, Training, managing, and motivating teams.

- Expertise in Man management & project management skills.

- Exposure to development, Procurement, Quality, Projects, HR, Commercial, Accounts, & ware housing activities.

- Liaison with supply chain management, customers, vendors etc.

- Hands on experience of Plant functions, mfg Cycle time, Mfg cost, Inventory levels optimization, Capacity utilization, & Modern Mfg practices.
