Our client is an Indian MNC, having presence in multiple other countries. Client is a diversified FMCG Conglomerate with turnover of 3000 CR.

We are looking for a Plant Head (No 1 role). This role reports into Business Head.

Education - B.E (Mechanical is a Must)

Industry - FMCG, Alco-Bevg, OTC/Pharma, Cement, Paints, Textile, Chemical, Tyre and Agri Business

Work Exp - 15Yrs+

CTC - 40 to 45 Lakh Fixed

ERP - SAP

We prefer candidate who has working experience with a listed company to understand the business norms / compliances.

Job Profile:-

- Lead the Plant teams to deliver production objectives.

- To develop and implement strategies to meet both short and long term goals of the plant.

- Proactively work with product line management, engineering, service and other departments to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing environment.

- Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and timelines.

- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.

- Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.

- Maintaining effective relationships and successfully partnering across varied functions with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and clients, agencies and colleagues to drive results, obtain feedback and influence change.

- Control costs by optimum utilization of resources, adequate inventory control, adherence to Budgeted norms and implementation of financial procedures and norms.

- Liaise with government authorities & local bodies for statutory compliance and manage the external environment for smooth operation of the plant.

- Ensuring the compliance of Internal control policies. Ensure Safe Operations and adherence to the regulatory requirements.

Other Criteria:-

- B.Tech (Mechanical) is Must.

- Excellent understanding of the Production Planning, Scheduling, Quality Control and Quality Standards Concepts.

- Preferably in the automotive sector and responsible to run fully automated units.

- TPM TQM methodology.

- Proven work experience as a Plant Manager / Plant Head / Operations Head

- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning)
