We Are At Present Having A Senior Position As PLANT HEAD For A Reputed FMCG Organization Based In Dehradun Location. Type Of Role - People Management Role Reports To - Operations Head Key Result Areas: - Spearheading the entire business operations of Dehradun plant and strategizing the long-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability &amp; achievement of top line sales &amp; bottom line contribution in line with organizational objectives - Provide clear directions for Production, Engineering, Warehouse, EHS, Supply Chain, Security, Liaison, IR and CSR functions. - Design Short / Medium / Long term strategies for continual improvement of Plant performance and to make sure that the strategies are executed as per plan. - Annual Budget - Sales, Revenue, Capex &amp; Manpower (Preparation and Adherence) - Production Planning and Production output as per Demand, Quality, Cost and on-time Dispatch. - Monitor day to day operations and trigger corrective actions proactively. - Establishing strategic partnerships and leading the overall business operations in order to meet the defined targets in terms of resource utilization and budgets - Steering operational improvements through Lean Management Principles with the aim of enhancing profitability and minimizing risks as per corporate standards and safety guidelines - Facilitating inter-departmental coordination and ensuring adherence to the defined SOPs - Piloting efforts to maintain customer delight and reducing customer complaints by steering operational enhancements - Ensuring nil safety loss time accident, monitoring adherence with statutory compliances, controlling overhead budget and meeting statuary, financial &amp; safety compliance audit requirements - Working towards meeting overhead budgets and setting up daily, weekly &amp; monthly departmental KPIs BEHAVIORAL : - Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - Should be able to establish productive collaborative relationships with stakeholders in a matrix structure for delivering the business results - Should be able to establish productive collaborative relationships with stakeholders in a matrix structure for delivering the business results - Innovative and creative thinker - Experience in managing a virtual team and working in a multi-plant environment
