Plant Head - FMCG

- To manage all day to day operations and necessary administration duties required for achieving the company objective by doing production planning in consultation with sales head along with material, machine, manpower and financial budget Planning. Identify, promote and implement continuous improvement in management systems across the manufacturing units

- Entire plant administration Production planning, managing and improving all aspects of the operation of the whisky manufacturing.

- Ensuring quality control of Finished Goods Look after the commercial activities Inventory management & Accounts administration Plant Maintenance & Engineering Projects.

- Responsibility for necessary repairs & maintenance programs and planning & management of capex projects.

- Continuous improvement in management systems

- Identify improved methods for all systems employed in the distilleries in the fields of production, quality, purchasing, security, IT, etc.

- Manage and motivate staff, recruit, train and develop staff, according to company policies and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed.
