Plant Head - FMCG

Location - Kalaamb [Himachal Pradesh]

Key Result Areas :

1. Achieve production targets :

- To achieve production targets and manage supply chain management.

- To introduce new products & monitor products regularly.

- To execute the distribution plan of the territory.

2. Manage Factory Activity -Establish stock norms, ensure RM/WIP/FG stocking levels and replenishment.

- Comply and manage the norms for ISO, HSE, USFDA, GMP, Legal & Govt institution. To meet the production target as per the AOP.

- To ensure overall delivery.Demand/Supply analysis, Factory loading.

- Responsible for the Profit & Loss, Resource allocation. CAPEX, Annual Budgeting.

- To maintain and nurture good business relations with trade partners, vendors and negotiate as per company terms.

3. Plant Operations allied functions :

- To compile HSE, GMP norms and Regulatory compliance.

- Resource planning and allocation. Machinery, Human Resource, Budget allocation Annual maintenance plan.

4. Plant Administration :

- To provide a monthly report on each key account in the territory.

- (MIS)Regular review, nurture, train and monitoring of the team.

- (Through the weekly meeting, Factory Rounds)Expansion and Regular efficiency enhancement programs.
