Plant Head - Electrical/Electronics (15-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to all functions of the Manufacturing plant as the administrative Head, driving the organisation's strategic goals in quality, cost & delivery
- Lead the Manufacturing team and ensure manufacturing strategy and policies are in line with the overall business requirements
- Mentor the department heads in planning and implementation of process improvement initiatives like TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business excellence and enhance overall productivity at work
- Assess strategic decisions regarding outsourcing, automation and process re- engineering
- Provide the necessary support and partnership to internal stakeholders and functions including Product Development, Quality, Sales and Marketing, Finance
- Effectively manage the Human Resources for the Plant by promoting an environment of engagement, development and high performance
- Ensure achievement of legal & statutory compliance, best in class safety norms and drive smooth industrial relations
