We per having an urgent opening as PLANT HEAD / COUNTRY HEAD for a reputed company into building materials (primary product PLY and Laminates) based at GABON (Africa) location.

Base Job Location - Gabon, country lying on the west coast of Africa, astride the Equator. A former French colony, Gabon retains strong ties to France and to the French language and culture

Candidate should be from manufacturing sector, from Technical/Commercial background, with more than 15 years of experience at a very senior position.

Should be well conversant with Computers. Communication skills should be good. Knowledge of French language will be an added advantage

Log & Raw material Procurement, Overall Peeling operations, Quality Assurance, Veneer export, logistics, Manpower management (HR), Plant Maintenance, Unit Profitability, Cost controls, Inventory Control, Audit & Statutory Compliance's, Liaising with Government departments, Physical Stock Taking & Reconciliations, Report/MIS Generation & Analysis, Coordination with HO, Risk Management, etc.
