KEY DELIVERABLES :
- Strategic responsibility for driving overall manufacturing operations for Air Conditioning & Refrigeration products like Ducted split units, Packaged ACs, Water cooled chillers, Air cooled chillers, Low temperature refrigerators, Vapour absorption machines etc and driving results to achieve desired manufacturing output .
- Work closely with internal and external stake holders and ensure customer satisfaction by on time deliveries of various products; of quality and performance parameters through the materials, production, QA and QC, production engineering and product engineering teams
- Adherence to EHS and Quality initiatives such as QMS ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5 S, Six sigma, TBEM at the plant.
- To assess challenges and opportunities ahead related to manufacturing and take proactive actions with respect to enhancing manufacturing capability and capacity, improving productivity and cost optimization through value engineering
People management:
- Provide leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them as they develop new skills.
- Conduct performance reviews and drive key HR initiatives related to employee engagement and development
