Plant Head - Leading Beverage Company Our client is one of India's largest beverage companies. The company has developed some of India's most memorable brands and widely consumed products. They have multiple plants across India and are currently looking to hire a Plant Manager for their Hyderabad facility. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you'll be responsible for - - Managing the on-ground team at the plant for all production, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, purchase and finance activities. - Monitoring the daily activities at the plant including all operations and processes to ensure the availability of the product as per the market demand while meeting the budgeted volume - Managing the scheduling function for the on-ground team and maintaining a cohesive and harmonious relationship amongst the plant team - Developing strategies to increase productivity and optimise costs while ensuring that the Key Performance Indicators for the plant are being continually met - Hiring and training new employees and supporting them to achieve their targets - Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment - Understanding design and implementation of new product lines and ensure seamless integration - Ensuring all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met Ideally, you are a Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of experience. You should have at least 10 years- experience in the beverage industry with expertise in handling hot filled juices or beverages. You should have managed large teams in the past. Preferably, you should be well acquainted with the local language.
