Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment and systems.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track plant efficiency and productivity.

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize plant performance.

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align production plans with market demand.

- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify and rectify any quality issues.

- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

- Develop and manage the plant's annual budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial viability.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize resource utilization.

- Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Evaluate team performance and implement performance improvement plans.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

- Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
