Plant Head - Automotive Filter Industry (15-20 yrs)
Job Description:
- Manage and execute plant operations and single point contact for all plant related operations.
- Handle all activities related to production, planning, maintenance, SCM, R&D, Customer handling and coordination.
- Coordinating with HR & IR & finance for employee benefit.
- Must have experience or worked as operations head in current / previous organization.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Automotive filter industry preferred.
- IATF certified, Knowledge of plant operation and manufacturing process.
