Plant Head - Automobile Business (17-27 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling production, quality, quantity, engineers, new projects / expansion, HR, commercial, plant admin till final dispatch and entire site operations
- Quality improvement & customer satisfaction
- Should have demonstrated application with lean & bottleneck elevation
- Setting up brown field projects
- P&L responsibility & deliverables
- Setup good review mechanisms
- Ability to prevent & handle IR
- Ability to handle customer expectations
- Administrative handling
- Process oriented/ customer handling
- Ability to articulate the Business Plans and programs
- Ability to support technically to various functions in resolving the problems
- Must be a strong people manager and ability resolve interpersonal conflicts
- Ability to build good rapport with customers and other stakeholders
