Plant Head - API/Intermediates - Automotive

Will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing a team comprising the heads of departments of the plant.

- Establishing goals for performance and growth and profit of the plant with regulatory compliance.

- The Successful Applicant will take on the challenge of extensive process improvement initiatives, unit operations, safety, maintenance, and plant operations and meeting the monthly and yearly manufacturing plans.

Should have at least 20 years of plant management experience.

1. Worked on a multi-stage synthetic process.

2. Handled a team of 7-8 departmental heads and 300-350 workers.

3. He should be well versed with the EUGMP.

4. Should be able to liaison with external agencies e.g. factory inspector, MPCB and other statutory bodies.

5. Should be able to contribute to the efficiency and cost reduction in the processes.

6. Fully committed to the GMP compliance of the site.

7. Should have techno commercial ability to justify the ongoing activity/project
