Plant Finance Manager - Manufacturing Firm (8-14 yrs)
Job description:
- Responsible for overall control of Plant Operations in partnering with plant team.
- Review and preparation of Variable Cost & Overheads with variance analysis Vs Budget/Forecast/Last Month Actual.
- Facilitate preparation of annual budgets on cost, KPIs and overheads.
- Ensure high level of accounting hygiene through review of Accounting.
- Ensure compliance to month end deliverables including inventory management.
- Identify cost saving initiatives and monitor the same through WCM / other initiatives.
- Preparations of all capex proposals and post review analysis
- Support to all Statutory and Cost Audit Activities.
- Ensure Working Capital for the Plant through Inventory, Creditors & Advances control.
- Statutory compliance review and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements:
- CMA Qualified
- Around 8+ years of relevant experience with major part of experience in a Plant Finance role for end-to-end execution of Plant Finance & Controlling deliverables
- Candidate should be well versed in Financial and Manufacturing Accounting.
- Good analytical skills
- Commercial acumen
- Detail orientation
- Working knowledge of Indirect Tax Laws i.e. GST.
- Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and SAP.
- Good interpersonal skills
