Plant Finance Manager - Manufacturing (9-15 yrs)
This will be Fixed Term Contract for 1.5 years .It will be on third party payroll.
Job location would be Manesar & Bawal both as per business requirement. The Candidate will have to travel to Manesar or Bawal depending on the requirement.

Position-Finance Manager(Senior Management Profile)
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Key contact person for all financial matters related to the operation;
- Work as partner to Plant Manager.
- Compute the standard costing every month in SAP.
- To implement all financial policies and processes related to operations
- To update Standard Operating procedures regularly and monitor its adherence
- Perform COGS variance analysis, quality control costs analysis, maintenance cost analysis, planning sessions, inventory control, process improvement, cost management and margin expansion.
- Work closely with operations manager for annual COGS annual budgeting and strategic 10-year plan Capex planning;
- To perform various capital budgeting techniques for new capex requirement in operations which includes financial evaluation like IRR, NPV, Buy vs Lease etc.
- Work closely with operational manager and participate in periodic reviews to direct understanding of the key drivers of operational financial performance. Take ownership to make sure Fixed Manufacturing cost and Plant SGA are under control, support team to implement VAVE projects and meet cost saving target including the identification of opportunities for cost reduction and participation in the MEx & LEAN processes
