Plant Finance Manager

Plant Finance Manager for a Fortune 500 US MNC

- Responsible for MIS Reporting (Fixed and Variable cost Reporting, Product Cost Variance analysis)

- Evaluate and Analyze Product costing on monthly basis and report the variance analysis to management

- Responsible for MFG cost centers and allocations.

- Should have knowledge about Activity rates, Activity types, Allocation cycles, Internal Orders and Master data

- Support Management on PO and Outlook process. Perform reporting and analysis for PO Vs Outlook Vs Actual

- Perform product cost planning

- Ensure to follow the Internal control standards and responsible for applicable SOX internal control Audit

- Should have strong Knowledge on Intercompany and Fixed Asset Accounting

- Responsible for Inventory accounting and Annual physical Inventory count

- Should have Strong tax knowledge to avail the credits on time and to ensure the timely payments to the authorities. Should have experience in handling litigations and provide reply to tax authorities

- Responsible for Balance Sheet accounts GL Reconciliation

- Responsible for timely closure of accounting books during month end, Quarter End and Year end.

- Responsible for Month end, Quarter end and year end accruals as per policy

- Responsible to review P&L and Balance sheet and ensure the correctness before the closing.

- Responsible for timely completion of PWC Statutory Audit and Manufacturing Cost Audit if applicable

- Adhoc reporting and analysis e.g make or buy Analysis, Inhouse production Vs Toll Manufacturing, Product pricing and margin Analysis

- Should have working experience with shared service center
